3D printing is great tool to get rapid prototypes, quick fixes, small production parts, and cool ideas in to the real world. Through many years of working with CAD and various additive manufacturing processes, I hold extensive knowledge to assist in producing and developing your ideas into tangible products. Upload your files, choose from existing models, or request design assistance for all you printing needs. Assembly and finishing available upon request (added expense).
Material Choices

Polylactic Acid (PLA) is commonly use for inexpensive iterative designs where strength comes second to form. PLA is offered in a wide range of colors and finishes.

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a flexible (not elastic) material great for parts that require durable compressible properties. (phone cases, grips, wearables, etc…)

Polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) is a cost effective, greater impact resistance, and thermal stability making it great for applications that may be exposed to friction or may require food safe properties. (water bottles, food containers, packaging, etc…)

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is one of the most commonly used plastics in society for its ability to withstand impact and chemical resistance. As a fairly inexpensive material it is great for everyday applications. (legos, keyboards, power tools, etc…)
